MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas
was held at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of February, 1990 at the Dudley Ranch
in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Alvin Oien, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Carroll Huntress, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Also attending:
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning and Zoning
Bud Hauptmann, Town Engineer
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Robin Noble, Star Telegram Reporter
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
The number 2 item on the agenda was addressed first. Appointment of a member
to the Planning and Zoning Commission. P & Z Chairman, Mr. Scott Bradley, intro-
duced Mr. Randy Loftis. Alderman Jerry Moore moved to appoint Mr. Loftis to
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion was seconded by Alderman Howard
Dudley. Motion was voted on and carried by unanimous vote.
Item #1. Discussion of Master Plan and Thoroughfare Plan for the Town. Discussion
and input from all Board members, Planning and Zoning members, Town Engineer
and Town Attorney. No action taken.
Item #3. Consideration of renewal contract between the Town of Westlake and
the Tarrantk county Health Department. Motion made by Alderman Alvin Dien,•
seconded by Howard Dudley to approve the Tarrant County Health Contract. Motion
carried unanimously.
The Board instructed the Mayor to contact City Garbage regarding trash pick-up
along the roads in the Town.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned.
