MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th day of
September, 1989 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The following were present:
Absent:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Alvin Oien, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning & Zoning
Bud Hauptmann, Town Engineer
Carroll Huntress, Alderman
Also attending were Maguire/Thomas - IBM representatives,
Mr. Edward Walts and Mr. Richard Kuhlman.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7:15 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Item #1. Consideration of a request for a variance from the
requirement of fire dampers in the Solana Marriott Hotel. Motion
was made by Alderman Alvin Oien, seconded by Alderman Sherry
Dudley to approve the variance# as requested,regarding the use
of fire dampers in the Solana Marriott Hotel. Motion carried
by unanimous vote.
There being no further business to come before the Board
the meeting was adjourned.
