MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake,
Texas was held on February 9, 1987 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dudley Ranch
in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Sherry Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
A. F. Oien, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Ralph Rampellini, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Also in attendence was Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning and Zoning.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Item #1. Consideration of an Ordinance regarding the General
Election to be held April 4, 1987. Motion was made by Alderman
Alvin Oien, seconded by Alderman Ralph Rampellini to approve
Ordinance #158, an Ordinance calling and ordering an election to
e held on the 4th day of April, 1987 for the purpose of electing
three (3) aldermen for the Town of Westlake, Texas. Motion carried
by a unanimous vote.
Item #2. Consideration of a Resolution to conduct a Tarrant
County Bond Election jointly with the Town's General Election.
Motion was made by Alderman Alvin Oien, seconded by Alderman Jerry
Moore to pass and approve Resolution #1-87, stating that Tarrant
County will conduct a bond election joint y with the Town of Westlake's
General Election. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Item #3. Consideration of a Resolution granting the consent to the
inclusion of certain lands in legislatively created utility districts.
Motion was made by Alderman Ralph Rampellini, seconded by Alderman
Alvin Oien to pass and approve Resolution #2-87, stating that Westlake
consents to formation of utility districts and assignment by NWSC
(a nonprofit water supply corporation) of its facilities and service
to said districts. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Item #4. Consideration of an Ordinance providing for the compre-
hensive regulation of outdoor advertising. After discussion, motion
was made by Alderman Ralph Rampellini, seconded by Alderman Alvin
Oien to pass and approve, 'Ordinance' #159, an Ordinance providing for
the comprehensive regulation of outdoor advertising. Motion carried
by unanimous vote.

There being no further business to come before the Board the
meeting was adjourned.
