MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake,
Texas was held on October 6, 1986 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dudley Ranch
in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Sherry A. Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Jerry N. Moore, Alderman
Alvin F. Oien, Jr., Alderman
Ralph Rampellini, Alderman
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Item #1. Consideration of an Ordinance providing for the withdrawal
of certain boundary limits of the Town of Westlake and the disannex-
ation of certain territory consisting of a ten foot strip adjacent to
the Town of Trophy Club, Texas; authorizing a boundary adjustment agree-
ment with the Town of Trophy Club. After some discussion motion was
made by Alderman Jerry Moore, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Sherry Dudley
to approve'Ordinance #156, an Ordinance providing for withdrawal of
certain boundary limits of the Town of Westlake and the disannexation
of certain territory consisting of a 10 foot strip adjacent to the
Town of Trophy Club, Texas and authorizing a boundary adjustment
agreement with the Town of Trophy Club, Texas. Motion carried by a
unanimous vote.
There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting
was adjourned.
