TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
The Board of Aldermen held a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m.,
July 8, 1985 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Aldermen
Jerry N. Moore, Alderman
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Ralph Rampellini, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Mayor Pro Tem
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Item #1. Mrs. Dorothy Duhon was scheduled to address the
Board of Aldermen but she did not attend the meeting.
Item #2. Old business. The Mayor informed the Board of
Aldermen of a meeting he had with Mr. Ed Walts and several
IBM representatives. There was a general discussion regarding
IBM but no action was taken.
Item #3. Consideration of changing ETJ requirements. The
Board of Aldermen and the Mayor held a very lengthy discussion
and exchange of ideas concerning the Town's ETJ regulations
and the possibility of changing some of the requirements.
Planning and Zoning member Mrs. B. J. Minyard, Mrs. Kelly Bradley,
Mr. Abe Bush and Mr. Carroll Huntress were in attendance and
participated in the discussion. No action was taken by the
Board.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned.
