TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held at 7:00 p.m., July 16, 1984 at the
Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following
were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Jerry N. Moore, Mayor Pro Tem
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Kelly Bradley, Alderman
Absent:
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes of the provious meetine were read by the secretary and
approved as read.
Roger Brown, Trophy Club Project Director, presented the plat
of the right of way dedication for Greenhill Trail in Trophy Club
and requested approval of same. Commissioner Scott Bradley
reported that the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval
of the plat.
After the Council studied the plat, motion was made by Mayor
Pro Tem Jerry Moore, seconded by Alderman Felly Bradley to approve
the plat of the right of way dedication for Greenhill Trail in
Trophy Club, as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Mr. Bradley reported that the Planning and Zoning Commission
also recommended approval of the dedication plat for Trophy Club
Drive in Trophy Club.
Motion was made by Alderman Howard Dudley, seconded by Alderman
Sherry Dudley to approve the dedication plat for Trophy Club Drive
in Trophy Club, as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Mr. Bradley reported that the Planning and Zoning Commission did
not recommend approval of the dedication plat for Trophy Wood Drive.
Motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Jerry Moore, seconded by Alder-
man Kelly Bradley to deny approval, without predjudice, the
dedication plat for Trophy Wood Drive in Trophy Club, per the
Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation, pending results
of the study on State Highway 114. Motion carried by unanimous
vote.
The Mayor then adjourned the meeting.
