TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen
Texas was held at 7:00 p.m., May 2, 1984 at
the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Kelly Bradley, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:

members were present:
Jerry N. Moore, Mayor Pro Tem
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Also Present:
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning and Zoning Commission
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Mr. Mike Porter discussed with the Council the first agenda item
concerning a request from Independent American Development to
consider the annexation of two portions of land adjacent to Trophy
club and to be included in Trophy Club. No action was taken on
this matter at this time.
Motion was made by Alderman Kelly Bradley, seconded by Alderman
Sherry Dudley to approve the revised final plat of Section 13 in
Trophy Club as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion was made by Alderman Sherry Dudley, seconded by Alderman
Kelly Bradley to bring up for discussion the Rocky Top tabled
motion. After some discussion motion was made by Alderman Sherry
Dudley seconded by Alderman Howard Dudley to table the subject
again for further study. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
The next meeting of the Board of Aldermen was scheduled for
Wednesday, June 6, 1984.
The meeting was adjourned.
