TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas met in Regular Session
at 7:00 p.m. on February 6, 1984 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Sherry A. Dudley, Alderman
Kelly P. Bradley, Alderman
Absent:
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Jerry N. Moore, Alderman
Also Present:
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning and Zoning Commission
B. J. Minyard, Planning and Zoning member
Gerry White, Secretary
Also in attendance:
Mr. Mike Porter, Project Director, Trophy Club
Mr. Pert Virtenen
Mrs. Connie White, Trophy Club Homeowners Association
Mrs. Tracy Kunkle, Trophy Club Homeowners Association
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
Planning and Zoning Commissioner Mr. Scott Bradley displayed the preliminary
plat of Village West Patio Homes In Trophy Club - Section A to the Council
for study, Mr. Bradley, Mr. Porter and Mr. Virtenen answered questions regarding
the plat. Mr. Bradley reported that the plat does meet requirements set forth
in Ordinance #80 and the Planning and Zoning Commission was passing the plat
on to the Council without any recommendation.
Motion was made by Alderman Howard Dudley, seconded by Alderman Sherry Dudley
to approve the preliminary plat of Village West Patio Homes In Trophy Club -
Section A. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion was made by Alderman Sherry Dudley to turn down the proposed agreement
regarding traffic signal on State Highway 114 (however consideration of a
caution light and speed zone sign should be studied). Alderman Kelly Bradley
seconded the motion. Motion was voted on and carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was
adjourned.
