TOWN OF WESTLAKEr TEXAS
The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas held a Regular
Meeeing at 6:30 p.m., March 24, 1983 at the Dudley Ranch in the
Town of Westlake, Texas. The following members were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Jerry N. Moore, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry Dudley, Alderwoman
Kelly P. Bradley, Alderwoman
Absent:
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Also Present:
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Gerry White, Secretary
Mayor White Called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Alderwoman Sherry Dudley moved to ratify the resolution that was
adopted on March 10, 1983 authorizing the execution of a Compromise
Settlement Agreement with Darius Willis, Ron Bollinger and W -B
Investments, Inc., and authorizing the Town Attorney to execute
an Agreed Final Judgment in Cause No. 17-76085-82, State of Texas
Ex. Rel. Darius Willis, et al v. Dale White, et al.
Mayor Pro Tem Jerry Moore seconded the motion. Motion carried by
a unanimous vote.
Mayor Pro Tem Jerry Moore moved to adopt Ordinance #129, an Ordinance
disannexing a certain 39.65 acre tract of land previously described
in Ordinance No. 20 adopted Februaryl3, 1960; and providing further
that said 39.65 acre tract of land and an additional certain adja-
cent 131.903 acres of land be excepted and excluded from the extra-
territorial jurisdiction and from all lands covered by Westlake's
subdivision ordinances and other ordinances proported to regulate,
govern or control such lands.
Alderwoman Kelly Bradley seconded the motion. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
There being no further business to come before the Board the meet-
ing was adjourned.
