TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas held an Emergency Meeting
at 8:30 a.m., March 10, 1983 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
The following members were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Jerry N. Moore, Mayor Pro Tem
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Kelly P. Bradley, Alderwoman
Sherry A. Dudley, Alderwoman
Absent: Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Also present:
Scott Bradley, Chairman Planning and Zoning Commission
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Gerry White, Secretary
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
The March 1, 1983 meeting was not held.
Mayor Pro Tem Jerry Moore moved to adopt the resolution authorizing the execution
of a Compromise Settlement Agreement with Darius Willis, Ron Bollinger and
W -B Investments, Inc., and authorizing the Town Attorney to execute an Agreed
Final Judgment in Cause No. 17-76085-82, State of Texas Ex. Rel. Darius Willis,
et al v. Dale White, et al. conditioned that if the Agreed Final Judgment
is signed by the court then the Compromise Settlement Agreement proposed by
W -B Investments will be sent to them as executed. If the judge doesn't sign
the Agreed Final Judgement, then the revised Compromise Settlement Agreement
will be sent to W -B Investments, Inc.
Alderman Howard Dudley seconded the motion. After discussion the motion was
voted on and carried unanimously.
Alderwoman Kelly Bradley moved to table the second agenda item. Alderwoman
Sherry Dudley seconded the motion. Motion was voted on and carried unanimously.
Alderwoman Sherry Dudley moved to table the third item on the agenda. Alder -
woman Kelly Bradley seconded the motion. Motion was voted on and carried un-
imously. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Meeting was adjourned.
