TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
An Emergency Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake,
Texas was held at 8:00 p.m., June 23, 1982 at the Dudley Ranch in the
Town of Westlake, Texas. The following members were present.
Dale L. White, Mayor
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Sherry A. Dudley, Alderwoman
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Kelly Bradley, Alderwoman
Absent:
Jerry N. Moore, Mayor Pro Tem
Also present:
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning and Zoning Commission
William V. Foster, Planning and Zoning Commission
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
Also present were Mr. William D. Ross, Manager, Land Acquisition Depart-
ment for International Business Machines Corporation, attorneys Mr.
Robert Thomas and Mr. W. Edward Walts, and realtor Mr. Hank Dickerson.
These gentlemen were present in behalf of IBM.
The Board of Aldermen discussed and considered an ordinance which
would amend Ordinance #49, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the
Town of Westlake. No action was taken on this matter at this meeting.
However, the Town of Westlake will conduct a public hearing and a
public meeting regarding the amendments at 10:00,0-m., July 10, 1982
at the Dudley Ranch. Notice of same to be published and posted by
the Secretary. A copy of the notice is attached to these minutes
and made a part thereof.
There being no further business to come before the Council the meet-
ing was adjourned.
