TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
An Emergency Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held on May 1, 1982 at 4:00 p.m., at the
Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following
were present.
Dale L. White, Mayor
Jerry N. Moore, Mayor Pro Tem
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Sherry A. Dudley, Alderwoman
Kelly P. Bradley, Alderwoman
Also present:
Scott Bradley, Chairman Planning and Zoning Commission
William V. Foster, Planning and Zoning Commission
Prior to the start of the meeting the Oath of Office was given
to Alderman Howard Dudley by the Secretary.
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
There was general discussion after which Planning and Zoning
Chairman Scott Bradley and Planning and Zoning member William
Foster recommended that the Board approve the Final Plat of the
Shelby Estates Sub -division.
Alderwoman Kelly Bradley moved that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas approve the final plat filed with the
Town Secretary on the 19th day of April, 1982, of the Shelby
Estates subdivision of a tract of land in the G.B. Hendricks
Survey Abstract No. 680 and the Leroy Boggess Survey Abstract No.196,
situated in the Town of Westlake, Tarrant County, Texas; subject,
however, to the dedication and restrictions dated March 20, 1981,
filed with respect thereto on April 7, 1982 by Richard Ward, Trustee,
recorded in Volume 388-141, Pages 68 & 69, of the deed records of
Tarrant County, Texas. Motion was seconded by Alderman Howard
Dudley. Motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Meeting was adjourned.
