TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
An Emergency meeting of the Bosrd of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held on June 1, 1981 at 8:00 p.m. at the
Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following were
present:
Howard Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry A. Dudley, Alderman
Jerry N. Moore, Alderman
Kelly P. Bradley, Alderman
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Absent:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Gerry White, Secretary
Mayor Pro Tem Howard Dudley called the meeting to order.
Alderman Alvin Oien moved to dispense reading the minutes from
the last meeting. Motion was seconded by Sherry Dudley. Motion
carried unanimously.
Mr. Leslie Boyd, Carter and Burgess, Inc., was present regarding
preliminary plats for Section 12, Section 13 and the Summit (form-
erly known as Courtyard Homes) at Trophy Club.
Alderman Sherry Dudley moved that the preliminary plats for Sectionl2,
Section 13 and the Summit be approved based on the recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Alderman Kelly Bradley seconded
the motion which was voted on and carried unanimously.
The second item on the adjenda was a request from a Mr. Bill Rose
to come before the Board. Mr. Rose did not attend the meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned.
