TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
JULY 29, 1980
An Emergency meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas
was held at 7:30 p.m., July 29, 1980 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The following members were present:
Absent:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Sherry A. Dudley, Councilwoman
Kelly Bradley, Councilwoman
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Also present:
Paul C. Isham, Attorney
Gerry White, Secretary
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
Mr. Gary Sheffield, General Manager of Trophy Club, presented the final plat
for Section 11 and the final plat for "Twenty In Trophy" at Trophy Club for
approval.
After some discussion, Alderman Howard Dudley moved to approve the final plat
of Section 11 at Trophy Club as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman
Kelly Bradley. Alderman Howard Dudley and Councilwoman Bradley voted for the
motion. Councilwoman Sherry Dudley abstained. Motion carried.
Alderman Howard Dudley moved to approve the final plat of Twenty In Trophy as
presented. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Kelly Bradley. Motion was
voted on and carried unanimously.
Councilwoman Sherry Dudley moved to appoint Alderman Howard Dudley Mayor Pro Tem.
Councilwoman Kelly Bradley seconded the motion which was voted on and carried
unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Council the meeting was
adjourned.
