TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
An Emergency meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Westlake,
Texas was held at 7:00 p.m., November 28, 1979 at the Dudley Ranch
in Westlake. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Alvin F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Kelly Bradley, Alderwoman
Sherry A. Dudley, Alderwoman
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Jerry N. Moore, Alderman
Also present:
Mr. Scott Bradley, Planning and Zoning Commission
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:oo p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read,
Mr. Norman Tobleman, Project Manager of Lake Forest Village at
Trophy Club, presented the Plat for Phase 3 of Lake Forest Village
for approval. After a question and answer period, Kelly Bradley
(Councilwoman) moved to approve the Plat for Phase 3 at Lake Forest
Village at Trophy Club. Sherry Dudley seconded the motion which
was voted on and carried unanimously.
There was a period of discussion between Mr. Tobleman and the
Council during which time Mr. Tobleman displayed a map and the
design concept for Phase 4 at Lake Forest Village. This will
come before the Council at a later date for consideration.
There was also discussion among those in attendance regarding
the Towns' continuing water and sewer problems. The Mayor
directed Mr. Scott Bradley to look into this matter by contacting
water authorities in this area.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned.
