TOWN OF WESTLAK.E, TEXAS
The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas met in regular
session at the Bilbo Ranch in Westlake, on September 10, 1973 with
the following members present:
Dale L. White, Mayor Pro Tem
B. H. Campbell, Alderman
0. R. Carpenter, Alderman
A. L. Odom, Alderman
A. F. Oien Jr., Alderman
Absents Howard Dudley, Mayor
Also present:
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
William Foster, Zoning Commission Chairman
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor Pro Tem at 7:45 p.m.
The minutes of the August 16, 1973 meeting were read by the secretary
and approved as corrected.
Alderman B. H. Campbell moved that Mr. R. H. Profitt be appointed as
the third member of the Planning and Zoning Commissions seconded by
Alderman A. L. Odom. Motion carried unanimously.
Resolution No. 44 : Calling for Mayor Howard Dudley and the Town
Secretary, Wanda G. White, to be authorized to sign checks and draw
money from the town's bank account was passed and approved on a
motion by Alderman B. H. Campbell: seconded by Alderman A. F. Oien, Jr.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
