TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A regular called meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake was held at the home of the Honorable Howard Dudley in Westlake,
Texas, at 2:00 p.m., June 21, 1973. Notice of the governmental meeting
was duly given by Walter P. Roach, Assistant City Attorney of the Town
of Westlake.
Present were the Honorable Howard Dudley, Aldermen B. H. Campbell,
Owen R. Carpenter, A. L. Odom, Alvin F. Oien, Jr., and Dale L. White.
Mayor Dudley called the meeting to order.
A general discussion concerning the annexation of certain land in
and around the Town of Westlake, and the formation of a Municipal Utility
District by private interest within the Town of Westlake was considered.
After a lengthy discussion, it was decided that further consider-
ations and meetings would be necessary to consider these requests.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the
said meeting, upon motion made and duly seconded, was adjourned.
