HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-11-64 TC MinMINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN APRIL 11, 1964 A Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen, Town of Westlake, Texas, was held at the McGuire Ranch Head- quarters in Tarrant County, Texas, on the 11th day of April, 1964, at 2:00 P.M. Present were Mayor John A. McGuire and Aldermen H. S. Thrasher, H. T. Webster, A. H. Wilde, John A. McGuire, Jr., and A. L. Odom. The Mayor stated that the purpose of the Special Meeting was to canvass the results of the Election held on the 7th day of April, 1964, for the election of Municipal Officers. The Returns of said Election were examined and the following proposed Resolution No. 16 was then read to the meeting; R1SC►UTION NO. 16 RR , an the 7th day of Aprli., A. ASMT: AMPM this _ day of April* 19+64. a 7�z Upon motion duly made by Mr. A. H. Wilde and seconded by Mr. John A. McGuire, Jr., the foregoing Resolution No. 16 was unanimously adopted. The Mayor then announced that it was now in order for the newly elected officers to take over the management of the Town and that he would be glad to enter- tain a motion for adjournment of this meeting. Whereupon motion duly made and seconded, it was resolved to adjourn. c SECRETARY -27s-
