WESTLAKE ACADEMY
SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
April 19, 2004

Absent: Larry Sparrow, Member

Item #1: President Bradley called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. by announcing a quorum of all
Board members except Mr. Sparrow.
Item #2: The Board convened into executive session at 4:05 p.m. as President Bradley read the items to
be discussed. The Board reconvened into open session at 4:20 p.m.
Item #3: Coming out of executive session there was a motion by Mr. Redding, seconded by Mr. Held, to
terminate the probationary contracts of Ms. Sandra Holle and Ms. Marisha Cooper at the conclusion of
the current school year and render them non-renewable. There was no discussion and the motion carried
unanimously.
Item #4: There was a motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Frey, to adjourn. The motion carried
unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 4:22 p.m.
