SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
February 24, 2003

Item #1:Chairman Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Mr. Brown, Mr. Frey, Mr. Held, Mr. Redding, Mr. Sparrow and himself.
Item #2: Approve minutes from the meeting held on February 10, 2003. There was a motion by Mr. Frey,
seconded by Mr. Redding, to approve the minutes as presented. There was no discussion and the motion
-arried unanimously.
Item #3: The Board convened into executive session at 6:46 p.m. to discuss personnel matters under Texas
Government Code section 551.074. The Board reconvened into open session at 7:16 p.m. and announced
that no action was required coming out of executive session.
Item #4: There was a motion by Mr. Sparrow, seconded by Mr. Brown, to adjourn. There was no discussion
and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
