MINUTES OF THE
SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
February 10, 2003
Present: Scott Bradley, Chairman
Buddy Brown, Member
Bill Frey, Member

Trent Petty, Executive Director
Stan Lowry, Town Attorney
Mary Midgette, Assistant to the Town Manager
Ginger Crosswy, Secretary
Absent: No one.
Item #1:Chairman Bradley called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Mr. Brown, Mr. Frey, Mr. Held, Mr. Redding, Mr. Sparrow and himself.
Item #2: The Board convened into executive session at 5:05 p.m. to discuss personnel matters under Texas
Government Code section 551.074. The Board reconvened into open session at 7:16 p.m. and announced
that no action was required coming out of executive session.
Item #3: Approve minutes from the meetings held on January 27, 2003, January 31, 2003 and February 3,
2003. There was a motion by Mr. Sparrow, seconded by Mr. Brown, to approve the minutes as presented.
There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
Item #4: There was a motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Held, to adjourn. There was no discussion and
the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
Approved by the School Board on February 24, 2003.
