SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
February 3, 2003

Item #1:Chairman Bradley called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Mr. Frey, Mr. Redding, Mr. Sparrow and himself.
Item #2: The Board convened into executive session at 1:05 p.m. to discuss personnel matters under Texas
Government Code section 551.074. The Board reconvened into open session at 4:55 p.m. and announced
that no action was required coming out of executive session.
Item #3: There was a motion by Mr. Frey, seconded by Mr. Sparrow, to adjourn. There was no discussion
and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
