SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
January 27, 2003

Absent: No one.

Item #1:Chairman Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Mr. Brown, Mr. Frey, Mr. Held, Mr. Redding, Mr. Sparrow and himself.
Item #2: The Board convened into executive session at 6:15 p.m. to discuss personnel matters under Texas
Government Code section 551.074. The Board reconvened into open session at 6:32 p.m. and announced
that no action was required coming out of executive session.
Item #3: Mr. Petty gave a report regarding the Head of School application procedure and admission process.
Item #4: There was a motion by Mr. Redding, seconded by Mr. Held, to adjourn. There was no discussion
and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
