NOTICE
To the Citizens of the Town of Westlake, Texass
Tn compliance with Article 6252-17, Vernon's Civil State test the
public is hereby notified of a town government meeting to be held
at 7 :30 p.m. , November 12, 1973: at the Bilbo Ranch in Westlake, Texas.
The subjects of this meeting shall bes.
1 ® Public hearing and consideration of annexation of property
around Westlaket Texas.
2. Consideration of the Zoning Commissions recommendations to
the Board of Aldermen on changes to Ordinance No. 49.
3. Consideration and adoption of an ordinance pertaining to
the control of sIgns erected within the Town of Westlake.
4. Consideration. and adoption of the following sub-division
ordinancest
a. streets and storm sewers
b. water and dxx sanitary sewer regulations
c. storm drainage criteria
d. curb and gutter requirements
e. elect"rical code
f. plumbing
g. building code
5- Consideration of building permit, application and
inspection forms.

Town of WestlakeDublic will conduct a hearing on Monday
