NOTICE
To the Citizens of the Town_ of Westlake, Texas a
In compliance with Article 6252-17 , Vernon's Civil Statutes , the public is
hereby notified of a town government meeting to be held at 7 :30 p.m. ,
February 19, 1974, at the Bilbo Ranch in Westlake, Texas. A public hearing
regarding a request for annexation of certain land around the town of
Westlake will be held at the same meeting time and place.
The subjects of this meeting shall be :
1 . Public hearing on requested annexation of certain land around
the town of Westlake.
2. Request of Johnson-Loggins , Inc. to close a portion of Medlin Rd.
3. Resolution approving a request from the town of Stonecrest, Texas
that the town of Westlake, Texas waive its extra-territorial
jurisdiction.
4. Ordinance adopting an increase in electric rates for the town.
5. Consideration of a Certificate of Deposit.
